Welcome to Utang: Debt & Credit Tracker ("App"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the App developed by Mark Caguioa ("Developer", "we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Utang is a personal finance application that helps users track debts, credits, payments, reminders, and related financial records.
The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
The App is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
All information you enter into the App is stored locally on your device.
You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your device and your data. The Developer is not responsible for any loss of data resulting from device damage, accidental deletion, factory reset, or uninstalling the App.
The App may offer optional in-app purchases, including a Lifetime Ad-Free purchase.
Purchasing this product removes advertisements from the App for the account used to make the purchase, subject to the policies of Google Play or the Apple App Store.
The Lifetime Ad-Free purchase removes advertisements only. It does not include future premium features unless explicitly stated.
Future versions of the App may introduce additional paid features, subscriptions, or premium services that are separate from the Lifetime Ad-Free purchase.
All purchases are processed securely through either:
Prices may vary depending on your country, currency, taxes, and store policies.
The Developer does not collect or store your payment information.
Refund requests are handled exclusively by the platform through which the purchase was made.
Please refer to the refund policies of Google Play or the Apple App Store, as applicable. The Developer cannot approve or issue refunds directly.
The App, including its software, graphics, icons, logos, text, and design, is owned by Mark Caguioa and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
While we strive to provide a reliable application, we do not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
The App is intended as a personal financial tracking tool and does not provide financial, accounting, investment, or legal advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
We may update, improve, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time without prior notice.
Purchasing the Lifetime Ad-Free product does not guarantee access to future premium features unless explicitly stated.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when published on this page.
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
